Embodiment for Men.

I work with MEN who are interested in exploring Sacred Embodiment through neo-tantra, sexuality, relating and touch.

So what do these terms actually mean? Sometimes they can lead to confusion, which is the last thing I want. Let me explain what it is I do.

The principles of my work and what I offer are based on:

Hakomi - Embodied Counseling - Co-Counseling - Neo Tantra - Consciousness - Temple arts - ISTA.

In simplistic terms, to be embodied means to live deeply, grounded and trusting our senses. It means to engage oneself in the world through the experiences we feel in and perceive through our body rather than solely through our minds. If this sounds like a journey you are interested in please check out my offerings below.

Sacred Embodiment is a living laboratory of growth, empowering you to opening our hearts and connect within, so your can shine.

Neo-Tantra: Can men practice Tantra? The answer is yes.

Neo-tantra is a modern offshoot of the traditional practice of tantra, which, contrary to what you might hear in popular culture, isn't all about sex. Sometimes referred to as sacred sexuality, neo-tantra is a path rooted in philosophies that emphasize the importance of being present and the power of touch. Neo-tantra is founded from traditional Tantra but brings a contemporary approach to it. Even though Neo-tantra primarily focuses on sacred sexuality as a means to reach to sacredness, the participants go through practices for other purposes as well. These include empowering their feminine and masculine energies; emotional release techniques; learning the chakra system; and Taoist practices.
