What is sacred relating? Simply put, it is how we show up in the world and how we relate to ourselves and to others with our Unconscious patterns – thoughts, behaviors, fears, judgments, assumptions and more, exploring how they may impact our lives. These patterns so often define how we feel about life and ourselves, how we interact with our co-workers and friends, and how we interact with our beloved or even with people we haven’t met yet.

Sacred Relating is a powerful living laboratory of exponential growth.

COMING SOON LATE 2021

Welcome to Sacred Relating online.

Unlike the 4 week immersion programme, this online retreat is the introduction into Sacred Relating. This is the first in the series of 3 online offerings and is designed to deepen the relationship you have with yourself and others. In this 3 day online immersion together, we look deeper into our patterns and discover new ways of relating. This relating laboratory has four main characteristics: inner-awareness, outer-awareness , self-responsibility, and sacred communication.

Men have been programmed to be a certain way, expect certain things, and to keep a ‘safe distance’.  Our unconscious patterns drive us and then we wonder why life is the way it is and not the way we want it to be

Sacred Relating is a powerful living laboratory for growth.

It can be rough being a man today, even more so as a gay man; you’ve been judged, criticized, and even shamed for your version of love and how you express it. If you're like many gay men, you hide a part of yourself in an effort to be what you've been told we should be, often feeling separated from your true essence. This can lead to broken relationships, a fragile identity, and an overall sense of not feeling like you belong or truly knowing who you are.

Sacred relating is the first step on the path of awakening. By opening our hearts and connecting to support, and to have joy, love, peace, and passion, we need to become conscious of ourselves and our environment – including the people in our lives.

We live in a world of relationships, continuously navigating. Sacred relating is a opportunity to truly experience what it means to be living and speaking from the heart. Whether that communication happens verbally, through writing or through touch, when we live from the heart one needs to be conscious of what’s in your heart.
